Traditionally, Great Burdock (Arctium lappa) has been used for over 3,000 years to improve overall health making its therapeutic uses widely documented. Particularly, this plant has been used as a topical remedy to treat skin disorders (eczema, acne, psoriasis, …).
It’s a soilless plant culture system in which pesticides-free nutrient solutions are misted onto the plant roots suspended directly in the air. Tested in vivo on volunteers with very dry and/or sensitive skin and vs placebo, EQUIBIOME™ was found to have powerful soothing properties by reducing both skin redness (-60%) and stinging/burning sensations (-28%) after 14 days of product application. EQUIBIOME™ was also able to promote skin moisturization (+62%) after 7 and 21 days of application.
